A Preview

Here is a preview of some new drawings I will be showing this weekend.

I will be hanging up some new drawings and perhaps some paintings you have seen before at Atlantic Studio in Long Beach on Saturday night. The open house is in conjunction with the 4th St. Sidewalk Sale and Artwalk. Here's the info, I'll try to post the flyer later.

I like these little guys. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with 'em yet. But I like 'em. :)

Today's Offering

Playing around with color and shapes.
Kelly wanted something new. Instead of her usual bold color placements we decided to tone things down a bit this time and aim for something a little more natural...
For the cut I wanted to contrast textures: a bold blunt cut in the back with some softness and chunk texture around her face.
